ABOUT ME

My specialty is serving the Government Affairs needs of health care organizations. However, I am comfortable providing Government Affairs services for clients in any industry. I have worked with clients on education, tax, and technology issues to name a few. My current client roster includes membership associations, trade groups, and businesses.

 

Over the course of my Government Affairs career, I have held executive leadership roles in a variety of organizations. This includes serving as a Vice President for a health care data analytics company, a Director of Government Affairs for a prominent insurance carrier; a Campaign Strategist for a national health policy think tank; and as legal expert or advisor for regulatory agencies at the state and federal level.

In addition to consulting, I am adjunct professor where I teach classes on health care law, compliance, and policy for two Universities. 

 

My educational background includes a law degree (JD); a master of public administration in public policy (MPA); and a bachelor’s degree in political science (BA).

I enjoy providing expert advice while working collaboratively with you to solve complex issues.

While my clients are located all across the US, I call Seattle home. In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my wife and daughter, cooking, hiking, and cycling.
